From Ohio, via Scotland, for many years, and in spite of a stubborn accent that now, apparently, doesn’t fit anywhere, I call Louisiana home. I like to run, and I love dogs, but I do the second vicariously and the first with occasional slapstick injury. When not teaching, I often travel for research, to family, or with friends. I used to sing with the Calton Consort, and I miss it. I am a past president of the International Lawrence Durrell Society, and I remain active on its executive board.
You can find me on Twitter, on GitHub, or in Jeanes Hall room 126 at Grambling State University.
